Creating a applicable formal training course based on efficient curriculum methodology is a practical requirement to realize the Moqawama economy in scientific and academic communities. This article is discoursed by criticizing the conventional approach to economic curriculum in I.R.I, and then it is proceeded by defining the principles and the curriculum methods and designing a curriculum in master degree for Moqawama economy to cover two vacancies:A: to provide a systematic design process of goals and educational contents with the right and new approaches based on the demands and needs of the country,B: to show a case study of this process by designing official curriculum of master degree program with the title of »Moqawama Economy«.Method of collecting datum and information is combined in this research and documents of libraries and interviews are used. In this research, collecting internet resources such as advanced searching of resources have been done and also referring research methods such as interview and brain storm genius are used for authority of research. training Needs assessment survey, table of "goal- content" and designing the course topics, are the results of this study.
